How do I get Superchrome™ wheels on the new truck or bus I am purchasing?
Ask the Sales Consultant to contact Superchrome. We will send a set of new chromed wheels (Alloy or Steel) to the dealership. They will be fitted to your truck and the polished exchange wheels will be returned to Superchrome, therefore you only pay for the chroming and they will be on your new truck when you collect it. You can also purchase Superchrome wheels and return the polished exchange wheels immediately after you collect your new truck, if you wish.
How do I get Superchrome wheels on the trailer I am purchasing?
Ask the Sales Consultant to contact Superchrome. We will send a set of new Superchrome wheels to be fitted to your new Trailer.
Can I get the Superchrome finish on my secondhand wheels?
Yes! Send the wheels (without tyres) to Superchrome – we can arrange freight if need be. We will strip the paint off, mirror polish and Superchrome your steel wheels. Your Alloy wheels will be mirror polished (to remove minor scratches and pitting) and Superchromed. We run two shifts so this can be done with minimum down time or wheels can be processed two (or any multiple) at a time until the set is complete.
Can I change to Superchrome Alloy wheels from steel wheels?
Yes! Stud length has to be checked. Where the stud length is too short we can supply Superchrome Alloy wheels with larger stud holes and sleeved cap nuts.
Can I fit Superchrome Alloy wheels and keep the existing inside steel wheels on the hub?
Yes! The Superchrome process leaves a coating on the alloy which prevents fusion between the two wheels.
Where can I buy Superchrome wheels?
You can purchase direct from Superchrome in Sydney (we ship pallets of wheels all over Australia).
You can purchase through truck and trailer dealerships (new trucks and trailers) or tyre and repair outlets can source them from Superchrome for you.
Can you Superchrome Alloy car wheels?
No! Unfortunately we do not have the equipment to chrome the many shapes and sizes of alloy car wheels.
