Spider and Tubeless Rims
We supply a brand new heavy-duty rim superchromed using Triplex nickel plating system (Superchrome Process) complete with a chrome valve. If we supply new rim, then we are guaranteed of the quality of the base metal giving us the ability to provide a three-year warranty.

We can also Superchrome old rims however to do this involves paint stripping, full stripping of any previous plating, sandblasting to remove grit & grime, followed by several electric cleaning and de-greasing processes to ensure the rim is microscopically clean. Thus, economically a new rim is generally preferred and existing rims become spares or alternately can be run on the inside.




Disc Wheels
Astor polish & plate both new and old disc wheels. Similar to the process with spider rims, we also supply a brand new heavy-duty wheel, superchromed with a chrome valve, which comes with a three-year pro-rata warranty. We hold these in stock in both European and American sizing to suit any truck or coach. We also offer exchanges on old wheels depending upon condition. Enquire about our super singles made-to-order.
